Dear Parent/Guardian,

As per the Government health program, Albendazole tablets will be administered to students in the school on 10 February as part of the deworming initiative.

You are requested to kindly provide your consent for the same by sending your consent through a WhatsApp message/application to the school.

Please note that without written or WhatsApp consent, the tablet will not be administered to your child.
